First featured08 November 2006 / 12 July 2007 Results: signed to Field Records When Mr Music Man was played at our round table at In The City in 2006 (chosen by Piers Miller and Dave Jackson from Turning Worm promoters), a huge buzz was reignited. Mike Davies' Lock Up Show on BBC Radio 1 had already been keen supporters of the uncompromising ska-punk outfit. Their debut album 'Under The Fog' was reissued when the band became the first signing to Field Recordings through Island in 2008. Their follow-up album 'Save The World. Get The Girl' resulted in huge critical acclaim and daytime BBC Radio 1 play. Certainly an act whose support from Record of the Day led to great industry and media exposure.
