First featured: 09 August 2006 , unsigned Results: signed to Fiction/Polydor, completed publishing deal after RotD feature Upon hearing about Kate, we got in touch with Ollie Slaney at ATC management to listen to some demos. The resulting feature of 'Little Red' added to the already intense A&R interest. A publishing deal with Mike McCormack at Universal Music Publishing followed several weeks after our feature and after that Fiction picked Kate up for records. The track was a hidden track on her Paul Epworth-produced No.1 album 'Made Of Bricks' which went platinum in 2007. We're happy to report that Record of the Day were thanked in the album sleeve notes.
