We, at (Company name) (on our behalf and on behalf of the Artist and other third parties contributing to the Track) grant you, Record of the Day, a non-exclusive licence to include a non-downloadable audio stream of full-length in the “Record of the Day” email newsletter, messageboard, weekly Acrobat magazine and archive area of the “Record of the Day” website of the following recording (“the Track”):

We confirm that we own and/or control all of the rights in the Track (save in respect of so called mechanical and performance rights in the underlying composition) which you require to enable you to use the Track in the above mentioned manner on our behalf and on behalf of the Artist and other third parties contributing to the Track and confirm that we indemnify you against any claims for royalties and/or other fees (save in respect of so called mechanical and performance rights in the underlying composition) arising from your use of the Track in accordance with this licence. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall at all times own/control all rights in the Track and you will have no right to make use of it other than as set out in this licence.
You (Record of the Day) confirm that you will obtain a separate licence from the MCPS/PRS to ensure that the writers’ and publishers’ consents are granted in respect of your use of the underlying composition. We also confirm that the person signing this licence is authorised to so sign on our behalf.
