We last featured Bath/Bristol-based dream-pop act Night Swimming in October when they dropped their stunning debut EP, ‘No Place To Land’. Produced by British producer Peter Miles (Orla Gartland, Fizz, Torres), the EP drew support from tastemakers including NME, The Line of Best Fit, Dork, Clash, Under The Radar, and Notion, along with airplay from 6 Music and Radio X. Now, the band return with their latest release, ‘In The Real World’ – another beautifully crafted, ethereal track once again produced by Peter Miles. With shimmering layers and echoes of Melody’s Echo Chamber and Cocteau Twins, it’s a perfect addition to those dreamy indie playlists at DSPs and primed for spins at 6 Music. Expect this one to gain traction with online tastemakers this week. Having recently supported Heartworms, bdrmm, Coach Party and The Blinders, the group have just announced a support tour with Miki Berenyi in May, followed by their own UK headline tour in September.
