We say

‘Glorious’ is the beautiful debut single from British singer-songwriter Ethan Holt. Having attended the East London Arts and Music Academy (ELAM), the Essex-born and-raised artist has already co-written and featured on ‘Hold Your Ground’ by Chase & Status and ‘Falling To Pieces’ by Gryffin. Earlier this year, he celebrated his 21st birthday travelling with Chase & Status on tour, performing at Creamfields, Boardmasters, Milton Keynes Bowl and more festivals across the UK and Europe. Things look ready to ramp up a notch or two now as last Friday (4 October), he dropped this gorgeous pop ballad. Backed by a lush piano melody and soaring percussion, Ethan explores the intricate emotions of heartbreak and unwillingly losing love. Spotify and Apple Music have already jumped on board with editorial support across new release programming and playlists, and we expect more support to follow soon. With its radio-friendly air and welcoming tone, the song deserves plays on Radio 1 (Future Pop), Radio 2 and BBC Introducing, and if Capital Radio is brave enough there too. It may be early days, but Ethan has all the hallmarks of a star-in-the-making.
