‘Keep Out The Rain’ is the upbeat indie-rock-tinged new single from Midlands-based singer, songwriter and guitarist Dom Malin. Having acquired his first electric guitar at 12 years old, he cut his teeth busking around Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester in his teens before heading to university to study Music Performance. From being a session guitarist to a solo act, he has released a string of singles since 2020 and has caught the attention of BBC Introducing Lincolnshire, Mahogany, Atwood Magazine, Earmilk, It’s All Indie and more. This latest release, sees Dom moving away from his Americana-tinged acoustic folk songs for a vibrant indie-rock take. Last Friday, he dropped his accompanying music video – watch here. The previous two years have seen Dom tour across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands, as well as support Paris Paloma on her UK tour and Dermot Kennedy’s Sonder tour. Next up Dom will be supporting Jon Muq at London’s Omeara on 26 July.
