Why Can't I Have Two? (2468)
We say
Breakout British pop star and RotD favourite Caity Baser, once again, delivers another pop banger full of her usual honest, relatable and no-filter lyricism. Set to catchy earworm melodies and a touch of funk, ‘Why Can’t I Have Two (2468)’ sees Caity struggling to decide between two boys and deciding to opt for both. It’s already picked up early streaming support at DSPs with inclusion on new release programming and pop playlists at Spotify (New Pop UK Cover Artist), Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Deezer, and we expect radio support to follow soon. Alongside the release, Caity also dropped the single ‘DILF’ as a B-side. The two releases follows her Top 30 single ‘Pretty Boys’ and her collaboration with Joel Corry on ‘Dance Around It’. Currently wowing crowds at festivals across the country, Caity's magnetic live performances have earned her continued praise from press, with Clash Magazine dubbing her “a ball of energy…pure joy” and Dork Magazine claiming that her “feel-good, fierce anthems of self-empowerment turn the festival into an absolute party”. This month, you can catch her playing at 110 Above, Boardmasters, The Hundred, Camp Bestival and Reading and Leeds festivals.
