Last year, we extolled the songwriting talent of Irish singer-songwriter Tadhg Daly and his gorgeous euphoric alt-pop odes. Since then, he was named as one of Amazon Music’s Artist To Watch 2022 and has dropped a flurry of singles in 2022, which have all found support on Spotify’s New Music Friday and editorial playlists. Along the way, the Jersey-born artist has continued to build praise from Irish tastemakers, as well as Clash, Wonderland, Official Charts and Atwood, among others. Taken from his forthcoming new EP, Getting It All Wrong, this shimmering new offering perfectly showcases the rich and vibrant direction he has been cultivating recently with its bold and progressive pop production. Next month, you can catch him playing in London at Camden Assembly (20 October) and then in November at the Strongrooms (16 November).
