This slick, soulful and tribal number is the first solo release in five years for UK-based singer-songwriter BREANTONIA. Having seriously impressed us with the collaborative release, All In, with Jak last February, ATTRACTION (redefined) sees BREANTONIA reworking her original 2017 single to create a dark, clubby soul pop number. It’s a gorgeous and expansive affair, powered by tribal percussions, a distinctly UK drum’n’bass beat and some luscious instrumentation. BREANTONIA's production is top notch, and alongside her soulful vocals, the track is a mesmerising listen. Deserving of editorial additions on New R&B, Soul and pop playlists, as well as contextual mood playlists, we can also hear this featuring on a Jamz Supernova 1Xtra or 6 Music show, but also on specialist shows at Radio 1 & 2.
