Throwaway Generation
We say
Throwaway Generation is the latest single from RotD favourites indie-pop four-piece FLOWVERS. Taken from their EP of the same name, the track is a raucous blend of jangly 80s guitars and 90s indie charm, fuelled by an energetic dose of youthful exuberance. Produced by Gethin Pearson (JAWS, Crystal Fighters) at the legendary EVE studios, it’s the perfect tune for those sweaty indie dance nights, which comes in handy when you run your own successful indie night in Portsmouth. The lads recently played This Feeling in January at the Camden Monarch as one of their Big in 2020 bands, which had a number of record labels, publishers, agents and brands in attendance. This March will see them go on a 12 date This Feeling tour, but before this, you can catch supporting The Estevans at Camden Assembly this Thursday (27 February). Tastemaker support has come from Radio 1 (Huw Stephens), Radio X (John Kennedy, Evening playlist), BBC Introducing and Spotify. FLOWVERS are a band full of youthful energy and insanely infectious indie bangers, so if that’s your idea of music heaven, then look no further.
