We say

With over 200m combined streams for their trademark folk-pop, east Yorkshire duo Jack Sedman and Harry Draper, aka Seafret, are back with this emotive single. Having wooed listeners with their debut album Tell Me It’s Real back in 2016, the duo have been previewing tracks from their second album, out on 13 March. Previous singles Love Won’t Let Me Leave, Fall and Loving You have picked up support from Spotify (NMF), Radio 2 and numerous online sites including Earmilk, Clash, Euphoria and Noctis Magazine among others. Based around hiding emotions or troubles, Most Of Us Are Strangers (also the title of the album) is a deeply evocative song, only further enhanced by the eye-catching video directed by their long-term visual collaborator Stuart Alexander. Next month they head out on a 23 date European tour, which will include a show at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 18 March. A beautiful and emotive track from what is sounding like a sublime new album from the duo.
