As regular readers will know, we introduced you to the gorgeous pop sounds of Elle Charms back at the start of October with her impressive debut Lie With Me. Now back with this brooding and wistful follow up this week, Elle continues to show off her top-notch pop credentials and vocal ability in this nugget. Produced again by Measure for Measure (Emily Burns + Badgirl$), Better Love slowly builds from a simple piano motif and sparse electronic flourishes into a vibrant new pop hit with its almost tribal beat, gently burying itself into your subconsciousness. It was immediately seized upon by Spotify UK, and it wouldn’t surprise us if we see it popping up on New Pop playlists too. With tastemaker support from the likes of Wonderland, Clash and BBC Introducing already behind the London-based singer, it seems 37 Adventures have another alluring new pop star following in the footsteps of Marina, Emily Burns and Jones.
