Such A Mess
We say
This synth-laden slice of pure electronic pop tinged with house influences is from rising London-based independent artist Cara Hammond. Co-written with Karl Zine and Naomi Hammerton from Rinngs, Such A Mess is Cara’s second single for 2019 and follows previous single and RotD track Good Times. Named as Clash’s ‘Track of the Day’ last week, it’s her finest song yet. From the silky synth waves to the catchy melodic hook motif, the track soars along with Cara’s gorgeous vocals to it sumptuous end. Primed for pop and dance-pop playlists across the globe, Such A Mess is one of those addictive pop bangers that gradually worms its way into your subconscious. Previous tastemaker support has come from BBC Introducing and BBC London, as well as Spotify and Apple Music. She is currently seeking a live agent, having performed this summer at Boomtown, Pennfest and Wales’ How The Light Gets In festivals. An uplifting pop banger.
