Since meeting at university in Manchester, Corella consisting of Joel Smith (vocals), Ben Henderson (bass & vocals), Jack Taylor (guitar), and James Fawcett (drums) have been making quite an impact with their indie alt-pop tracks. The lads have over two million streams to date, support from the likes of BBC Introducing, ITV, BBC Sport and Manchester Utd, and their previous singles, Bloom and Let On featured on Spotify UK’s New Music Friday playlist and The Indie List. Continuing this run of support from Spotify is their latest single Dice, produced by longtime collaborator Sugar House (Pale Waves, Viola Beach). It’s a joyous and summery blast of indie goodness that has been going down a storm at their festival appearances at Y Not, Tramlines, The Great Escape and Dot to Dot. Next week (15 August) they will be in London to headline the Lock Tavern, so we recommend you check out this young talented quartet. An uplifting summery indie anthem with a healthy dose of jangly guitar melodies.
