Earlier this year, Swedish dream-pop trio ViVii introduced themselves to the world with their glorious debut single, Siv (You & I) and soon after released the title track from their debut EP, Savant. Both singles reached the No.2 spot on the Hype Machine chart and saw praise from online tastemakers including the Line of Best Fit, DIY Mag, Indie Shuffle (Best of April), Earmilk, Hilly Dilly, All Things Go (Best Songs of the Week), Crack In The Road among many others. The EP has since amassed over 2m combined Spotify streams and now the trio, consisting of Emil and Caroline Jonsson and their work partner Anders Eckeborn, have released this ethereal and delirium-laced pop number. With echoes of Lana Del Rey and some gorgeous melodies, Suckerpunch featured on two Spotify New Music Friday playlists last week, as well as their New Indie and Alt editorial playlist. Further online support has come from Indie Shuffle, Earmilk, and Born Music. Later this month they will be playing London Calling in Amsterdam and then in early 2019, they will be at Eurosonic, having played Way Out West and Reeperbahn festivals this year. A gloriously rich and warm offering from a talented trio.
