With over 3m combined streams and 1.5m YouTube views for her previous singles, Icarus, Agenda and Dirt, which we featured, rising pop star and YouTube Influencer Emma Blackery is back with yet another blast of pop goodness. Released today and produced by Toby Scott (Little Mix, Girls Aloud, The Saturdays), Take Me Out boasts a massive singalong chorus in this addictive blend of spiky, Scandinavian inspired British pop. Taken from her forthcoming debut album, Villains, the track was immediately added to six New Music Friday playlists on Spotify including the UK. Previous tastemaker support has come from the likes of Metro, Wired, Shout, Balance, Aesthetica and CelebMix among others. Ahead of her UK and European headline tour in October, the Essex-born singer will be supporting the release of her album with a seven date HMV in-store tour where fans will be able to purchase an exclusive yellow vinyl edition of Villains. Fun and infectious pop for the masses.
