South London duo Temptress are an act we have been keeping an eye on since we heard their gorgeous and atmospheric debut, Lies, back in 2016. Vlad and Jess’s new single, I Say When is their first release of 2018 and sees them continue with their seductive blend of after-dark R&B tinged-pop and intimate vocals. Co-produced with Chris Zane (Passion Pit, Friendly Fires, St Lucia) and Kosuke Kasza (Holy Ghost!, Eves Karydas), this sultry and hard-hitting track is tailor-made for sync opportunities in TV, adverts and films, whilst also destined for inclusion in late night mood playlists alongside the likes of Banks, Kacy Hill and Broods. The duo, who have over 1 million combined streams to date, have garnered a flow of support from Spotify (Downtempo Beats), Apple Music (Best of the Week), VEVO, BBC Introducing (Featured Artist of the Week), and Robert Elms's show where they performed a live session.
