Adrian Galvin is the Brooklyn-based songwriter and performer known as Yoke Lore. Having gained so many friends and fans with his 2016 debut EP Far Shore, he’s back after recently releasing World Wings with this second taster from his upcoming EP Goodpain, set for release this summer. His previous output picked up rave reviews from tastemaker press and blogs including The Fader, NYLON, Pigeons & Planes and others, as well as achieving more than three million Spotify streams, three Hype Machine Top 10 placings and TV syncs with Netflix and MTV. Recent showcases at SXSW have notably raised his profile further but he’s yet to perform in the UK, so we’re intrigued  and excited about catching his debut show at The Great Escape on May 20. He’ll follow that up with six more dates around the country, supporting The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart, ending up at Oslo in Hackney on May 30. With hopeful, optimistic lyrics, an inspiring dream-pop chorus and quality production, we're fully ready to embrace him and his music with open arms when he arrives here next month.
