Previously featured as an unsigned artist In January with her self-released Good Witch, Earl has since bagged herself a deal with BMG and has been preparing her debut album since May, ready for unveiling early in 2017. For the uninitiated, she’s an Alaskan-born singer-songwriter, steeped in gospel music from an early age, and now based in London. She’s already building a loyal fanbase after first appearing as a BBC Introducing act at Radio 2’s Hyde Park Festival In A Day last September. With her previous song playlisted by the station, and great sessions already under her belt for Dermot O’Leary, plus another for Jo Whiley at Maida Vale filmed and recorded for broadcast later this month, things are moving on rapidly for her. Spotify added this latest song to their New Music Friday list, leading to her crashing the Top 10 Viral Chart last week. Whether you caught her live supporting Jack Savoretti on his last tour or have seen her in her own right, you’ll know she’s the real deal, full of charisma and with absorbing songs to boot.
