Hailing from Dorset, unsigned artist Jazz Morley has been steadily building a fanbase for her music thanks to beautifully chilled tracks like this. Recorded with in-demand producer and musician Draper, the song tells of the inner struggle that leads you to believe you’ll never be as good as your peers, but your determination to rise above all that nonsense. The reception has been excellent, with tastemaker comparisons being made to the likes of Jessie Ware, Lapsley and Shura amongst others. The teams at Spotify and Apple Music have been hugely supportive of her, with both this and previous single Bad Love generating hundreds of thousands of streams to date via their A List Singer-Songwriter, New Music Friday and Best Of The Week playlists. With support slots for Gabrielle Aplin and Kwabs already under her belt, she’ll be playing live next in London at the Old Queen’s Head with her full band on September 7. Talented, emotive and soulful, there’s a potentially huge audience who'll take Jazz close to their collective hearts once they're exposed to this gorgeous song.
