We say

There are so many great musical influences on display here from Australian brother and sister duo The Hamiltons. This cracking track is steeped rich in jazz and folk sounds, thanks in part to their growing up in Sydney, absorbing the record collections of their musician father and French-born mother. As soon as they were old enough to start touring and performing, the kids were off. Three years ago, Emma released her debut solo album La Musique, produced by brother Tom, which subsequently picked up glowing reviews including one from Brian Wilson’s collaborator Van Dyke Parks. It encouraged both siblings to eventually relocate to London earlier this year, form a full five-piece touring band, and start recording their debut album as a group, with help from producer and mixer Adrian Hall. Several London gigs are lined up in the coming weeks including a support slot with Ryan Sheridan at The Borderline on November 9. Unique, quirky, refreshing and hugely likeable, this is a great debut single.
