Turn The Music Louder (Rumble)
We say
With Sigala at the top of the UK singles chart right now, Ministry Of Sound have much to smile about, and this enormous track by KDA is hotting up. Starting off as a killer instrumental, specialist support was across the board, then Radio 1's Clara Amfo and Nick Grimshaw caused it to trend #1 on Shazam worldwide. Now the vocal version is at No.15 on the full Shazam UK Top 200, No.7 on their Future Hits chart and No.2 on the UK Dance chart, five weeks ahead of full release, On iTunes, it’s the highest pre-order on their dance chart. First spun by Annie Mac, it’s since notched up loads of plays all over Radio 1 as well as at 1Xtra (where MistaJam had it as his Inbox Fresh selection), and is playlisted across Capital and Kiss, plus Kiss Fresh and Capital Xtra. It’s also No.1 on the Cool Cuts Chart. Powered along by Tinie Tempah’s inviting come-to-the-party rap, and a great vocal hook from Katy B, there’s a cool Toddla T remix (premiered by Vice's Thump) knocking about as well. Street meets pop in one gigantic collaboration that, quite simply, ticks every box as the weekend kicks in.
