Lips Are Movin'
We say
So, how exactly do you follow up one of the biggest global smashes of 2014? Simply really, you do it with another massive tune. Meghan Trainor releases her debut album Title here in the UK on January 26 with both All About That Bass and this fresh new track on there. Proving she’s no flash in the pan, it’s another tasty little feel-good and instantly likeable song that’ll undoubtedly be all over the radio once more. After dealing with the fuller-figured-women haters last time around, she’s tearing off a strip against unfaithful blokes who’ve been cheating on their partners right here. The strong empowerment message has seen this latest video connect immediately with over 18 million views in just the past week on YouTube alone. Once again, skilfully combining elements of old-skool R&B with 50s doo-wop, contemporary pop and a cheeky, knowing wink, you’d be a fool to bet against this giving the lady from Massachusetts yet another worldwide hit.
