We say
Sometimes a big pop dance track comes along and smacks you straight between the eyes and ears, so resistance truly becomes futile. Tiësto has done it yet again with this and naturally radio programmers have leapt straight onto it. The song is now B listed at Radio 1, almost five weeks ahead of release, plus there are adds at Capital Xtra and Kiss Fresh. It's had specialist support from the likes of Pete Tong, Danny Howard, MistaJam and Coco Cole too. Basically it shows all the hallmarks of a summer radio anthem and an even bigger follow-up to his recent UK Top 10 hit Red Lights. Both that track and this will feature on his forthcoming album A Town Called Paradise (out June 16) including collaborations from the likes of Ladyhawke, Icona Pop and Zac Barnett from American Authors. Tiësto recently started a Friday night residency on Radio 1 and he'll be performing for the station on stage in Glasgow as headliner at their Big Weekend event on Friday May 23. Made for the masses, instantly catchy and hooky as hell, it's everything a top pop tune should be. You'd be churlish if you try to ignore this one.
