2013 was a big year for breakthrough bashment star Stylo G, highlights including a Top 20 placing for RotD-featured Soundbwoy, a brace of high-profile festival performances and two MOBO nominations for Best Newcomer and Best Reggae Act. Apparently now counting Usain Bolt and Idris Elba among his fans, Stylo blends his Jamaican heritage with the urban sensibility of his adopted UK, creating a fresh hybrid of the two. Move Back is no exception; the radio edit is instantly accessible, but it's the Friction Remix - featured here - which is getting radio excited. Move Back has been added at 1Xtra and Capital Xtra. with a Track of the Day at Radio 1 today and support from MistaJam, Annie Mac and Toddla T. Stylo is currently recording his debut album - collaborators include Clean Bandit and Major Lazer - and heads out on his Made In Britain tour of Europe in February and March.
