Supremely talented songwriter Fryars is already being tipped for 2013's Mercury Prize ahead of the release of this superb double A side dose of soulful electronica. The brainchild of 22 year old Benjamin Garrett, Fryars emerged as a teenager with some outstanding bedroom recordings which carried all the ingredients of greatness, picking up profile fans from Kanye to Depeche Mode. That ability is fully realised on Love So Cold (a must watch video) and In My Arms, with a healthy array of press including Pitchfork, Fader, FACT, Guardian and Neon Gold. NME weighed in with heavy praise describing the London based artist as "like Brian Wilson fronting a more electronic Spiritualized. We're willing to bet he wins this year's Mercury Prize".
