We say
Kids These Days drift between genres throughout album standout Doo-Wah, creating a fixating five minute track that is seeing the Chicago band break out into the UK press. The New York Times recently championed the seven-piece for being “a group with a sound, if not a genre”, as they joined plaudits from captivated critics at the likes of Complex, The Rolling Stone and Noisey. The album - Traphouse Rock - available as a free download, is produced by Jeff Tweedy of Wilco and the band, with a mix from Mario C (Beastie Boys). Impactful debut EP Hard Times kick started the group's ascent to become one of Chicago's most in demand new bands, with the release hailed by The Huffington Post as one of their Top 10 albums of 2011. Shows at SXSW and Lollapalooza alongside their national television debut on Conan made 2012 a huge year and with the oldest member of the band just 21, this is only the start. Video.Contact
