This pulsating debut from Finnish electronic duo Sin Cos Tan sounds custom made for film and fashion, with it already used in a trailer for Paris Fashion Week and causing a stir across tastemaker press. The duo comprise of producer Jori Hulkkonen and Villa Nah’s Juho Paalosmaa, formed following the work they did together on Villa Nah's debut album, which went top 10 in Finland. Karl Lagerfeld chose Villa Nah’s single Time for Tea as the theme song for their Spring/Summer 2011 haute couture line, along with syncs on TV series Skins and Beverley Hills 90210. Sin Cos Tan debuted their live set at this summer's Flow Festival in Helsinki, and have since picked up a host of online support, ranging from Noisey declaring them the best band of the festival, to the likes of This is Fake DIY and The Line Of Best Fit championing the layers of synths, sultry vocals and minimal electronic beats. Their eponymous full length album - released last week - has shot to No.2 in the Finnish iTunes chart. Video.
