We say

Glaswegian producer Julian Corrie, better know as Miaoux Miaoux, spent his teens transfixed with '90s trance, which nowadays manifests itself in his unique use of breaks and samples, textured with guitar riffs and pop-friendly vocals. At the beginning of his career he self-released several records before going on to sign with indie Glasgow label Chemikal Underground for the album 'Light of the North'. He has since attracted internet attention from the likes of Drowned in Sound, The 405 and Line of Best Fit as well as being reviewed in Mojo, DJMag and a 5* write up on eMusic by Joe Muggs. Radio support has seen him feature on Radio 1's BBC Introducing in Scotland which in turn lead to a performance at T in the Park this year. His stunning live shows have also caught the eye of the media where improvised loops and guitars collide with live drums, fizzing synths and low-slung bass.
