Already making a name for themselves playing the likes of Melt, Eurosonic and Berlin festival in Europe, Sizarr are steadily cropping on to tastemaker radars with their debut release on Four Music, Boarding Time. Praised by the likes of The Guardian and Musikexpress despite only being in the very early stages of their career, Sizarr – three school friends from a small European town – cite the likes of M.I.A, Amon Tobin, John Mau and DJ Rashad as influences on their own brand of Bowie-esque, guitar-flecked androgyny that belies their tender years. Heavily supported by Red Bull Music Academy who are using a forthcoming Sizarr track to soundtrack the launch of their new international radio station, the band sit in good company alongside the likes of Hudson Mohawke, picked out by RBMA for international success.
