After 40,000 downloads of album one and an expectant fanbase awaiting follow up Heavy In The Day (out next week), Canterbury are turning up the heat with this outstanding guitar-fuelled lead single. Produced by Peter Miles (Futures, We Are The Ocean) and driven by an admirable independent work ethic, the four-piece have picked up an impressive array of press and radio, from the covermount on DIY mag to a 9/10 review in Rocksound and 4/5 in Kerrang, with Fearne Cotton leading support on Radio 1 and further spins on Xfm and Kerrang. The video for Saviour follows that trend on TV, picking up great rotation on Kerrang, MTV Rocks and Scuzz. After receiving that kind of reaction so far in the campaign, without any major backing, Canterbury look set to achieve big things in the next few months. Video.
