Boys Don't Cry

A 17 year-old from Gothenburg, Sweden who writes and co-writes his songs, Ulrik Munther's teen pop tunes are turning heads in LA, New York, London and Berlin, all down to Boys Don´t Cry, which set the ball rolling when it first surfaced late last year. He won Swedish and Scandinavian songwriting competitions at 14 and 15 – two years ago he was runner-up in the same Swedish competition which Erik Hassle came second in the year before. Another track, Life has been placed in a variety of syncs. He presents his album to international A&R in a few weeks. He has a deal with Universal in Sweden but, for the moment, Ulrick Munther is available for records in various territories, including the UK.
