We say

One of the performances that impressed us most at the recent One Movement For Music was from Papa Vs Pretty, recent signings to EMI Australia imprint Peace & Riot. Their most recent EP, produced by Paul Dempsey (from Australian group Something For Kate), with this as the lead track was released at home in August to a great response across media including plays from Triple J, who added this to national rotation. The young Sydney trio have a talent songwriter and performer in 19-year-old Thomas Rawle and their very tight live show turned effortlessly from delicate, radio-friendly ballads like this (and see also I Still Believe In Us on their MySpace) to darker rockier tracks that still retain an accessible quality. It's very early days, but what we've heard and seen so far has excited us. Video.
