We first featured this track from Citadels at the end of last year to plenty of positive feedback. This is their second single and is out through Pure Groove Records, the band launching it with a rousing performance at the Record of the Day-endorsed in-store this week. Coverage since we featured them includes a pick as Hottest Download in Sunday Times, The Fly and a Guardian New Band of the Day feature which reckoned this to be 'a potential festival anthem' (we think so too). Radio plays have come from Huw Stephens (Radio 1), Gary Crowley on BBC Radio London, BBC 6Music plays and an addition to the b-list at NME Radio. The single is released just as they prepare to go out on tour with the Kitsuné-signed Two Door Cinema Club. Citadels are unsigned and unpublished.
