Indiana-based band The Elms have been together since the start of the decade, previously releasing albums in the US through both EMI-owned Sparrow Records and Universal South. They recently self-released their fourth album via their own Trust Incorporated label via A2M distribution and Warner Chappell to career-best sales and growing radio support in the US. 'The Great American Midrange' debuted at No18 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart on its release in October. Their last album did get a release in the UK, and they are currently in talks with partners for this one. Given the taste for bands like The Gaslight Anthem over here of late, there should be room for The Elms' sincere, energetic and accessible rock music, as demonstrated on this punchy track. JF.
