TV OFF are a Finnish Electro pop duo, who play The Great Escape this week. While completing their debut album in Helsinki, festival season will also see them around Scandinavia, Berlin and Tokyo. They're also booked for the Madonna after-show events in Scandinavia and the Baltics. It's fun and stylish and representative of a lot of the music coming out of that region at present.
