Born in Paris and now living in London, Sophie Delila is signed to Mercury in France and releases her debut album Hooked later this year. The album was co-written and co-produced by Steve Booker (who co-produced Duffy's album and wrote Mercy). As well as Can't Keep Loving You, what we've heard of her album so far is a feast of assured soulful pop. The first of her two scheduled London shows is tomorrow.
