This track, the debut single from Devon singer-songwriter Jon Allen, was featured earlier this year on a worldwide Land Rover TV advert. Having sold close to 20,000 downloads from his own website and used the return to set up his own label, he self-releases his debut album 'Dead Man's Suit' early next year. The advert is due to re-air worldwide from this month onwards, which should help the campaign's momentum nicely. This is thoughtfully-crafted songwriting with a timeless quality. Interestingly, for a self-funded release, William Hill are offering 12/1 on it being Christmas No.1 - it certainly could connect with a lot of people if it gets the right airing.
