Jay Sean's last single, Ride It, spent three weeks in the top 15, peaking at number 11 and was playlisted at Radio 1, Capital, Kiss, Galaxy and GCap networks. TV embraced it with MTV, Smash Hits and The Box all coming on board and over two million YouTube views. The follow-up, Maybe, continues in the vein of Ride It, in that it's a slickly produced piece of mainstream R'n'B. We think it's a very impressive campaign so far - the album My Own Way, which was recorded in New York and London with the production talents of J-Remy (Fabolous), Timbaland and Duro (Mariah Carey,Rhianna), is out in early May.
