Yoav's Club Thing is the first single proper from Charmed & Strange. It's one of the album's many highlights - the pulsing minimal beats and loops made by his guitar lend the tune a suitably sinister edge. His first radio performance in Denmark catapulted his album to both No1 and No4 on the iTunes chart (he had two versions out there) and the single into the Top 10. Recent sold out London shows and this review in The Guardian reflect his growing live buzz. Proving that he's an artist with a powerful live show, he sold so many CDs while supporting Tori Amos on a US arena tour that he went Top 5 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart in some regions. He's the first non-headline act to be named for this year's Coachella, with SXSW lined up next month and a UK Tour in April. On the radio, Club Thing is getting great reactions globally (especially in Canada where he tours next month), with early UK plays on R1 from Pete Tong and Rob Da Bank. Watch the video here.
