Half In Bits is the opening track from Alice Shaw's as-yet-unsigned debut album Reasons I Can't Speak. A 21 year-old based in Brighton, Alice was signed to Sony/ATV Music Publishing after performing for MD Rak Sanghvi. Managed by Andy Saunders (Velocity Communications, ex-Creation Records), her publishing deal funded the recording of the album, which was produced by Ian Grimble (who has produced Beth Orton, Travis and many more) at his 2khz studios in London.
