Lisa Mitchell, an English-born, but Aussie-based singer songwriter, released her debut EP in Australia recently where it reached the top 30 and went to number one on iTunes. We featured this track a couple of months ago and the feedback to her management was wholly positive. Having recently signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV she is now over in the UK where she is lined up to work with Martin Terefe and Sacha Skarbek among others. With the promise she shows on this track, and with people of that calibre on her team, she stands more than a fighting chance in a crowded part of the market. JF
