A recently-featured RotD that got a wholly positive reaction, Joni appears on New Yorker Julian Velardââ¬â¢s debut EP The Movies Without You, which gets released on London indie Lucky Number later this month. This showcases the wonderful guitar-free multi-instrumentation which runs through the EP. And we look forward to more from him as EMI/Charisma have signed him. The reviews are in from Velard's recent London show - Betty Clarke in The Guardian called him "provocative, entertaining and supremely talented", and we agree. JFContact
