We first featured a different track from Lior at the very start of the year - This Old Love, a sleepy but pretty effort from this fine Australian singer songwriter. Lior’s debut album Autumn Flow was self-funded and self-released in Australia last year, where it went on to sell over 60,000 copies. It got a UK release on SonyBMG label Red Ink last year. But the original champions of Lior's music left Sony with the break up of Red Ink (which dissolved into Epic), and the rights passed back to Lior. His music is again starting to find a strong international audience by word of mouth, syncs and radio support, which in the UK has come from Janice Long at Radio 2. This version of Daniel is remixed by Andy Green (Keane, KT Tunstall), providing a fuller sound for Lior’s stripped down soulful fare. JF
