We first featured this track back in May on the back of some good tastemaker buzz and we had a hugely enthusiastic response and enquiries from interested parties across the world. It was only a matter of weeks before EMI snapped it up. At the time we thought it was a fail safe summer hit, but now it's finally ready to be released under their Stateside imprint. It should still make an impact at radio, whatever the season. An album, Disastro, is expected in the autumn too, with the mysterious Sonny J and band playing their first live show in London next month. JF London gig: October 24, Cargo EC2
