Glorious is the first single and title track from Levy's second album released on One Little Indian later this year. We're big fans of New Yorker James Levy's widescreen approach to melodic indie, having featured the brilliant Rotten Love in 2005. The forthcoming album is full of instantly accessible but carefully thought-out numbers like this and is the sound of an artist gaining a bigger sound without sacrificing either quality or smart writing. It's terrifically constructed, deserving of an audience beyond the usual outposts marked 'alternative'. JFContact
