Fog Of War

Young Dreams

Modular

WE SAY

Fog Of War is a bustling concoction of trance-like synths and tropical influences, as Young Dreams pick up steam ahead of their debut album. Their eponymous debut single was championed by blogs upon its acclaimed release in 2011, with The Guardian's New Band Of The Day column aptly noting an air of "Fleet Foxes and the Beach Boys", prominent in the Bergen band's influences. The six-piece also played Nordic club night Ja Ja Ja and were featured as Record of the Day before signing to Modular, where they will release their debut album early in 2013. Support for Fog Of War has picked up where they left off: with an enthused reaction from the likes of Pitchfork, Stereogum, The Fader and Nylon. Young Dreams' next string of shows sees them hit the road with Tame Impala in the UK.

London Gig: w/Tame Impala, October 30, Brixton Academy SW9
