You Were Young
Yes Giantess
WE SAY
Now called Yes Giantess (due to a previously-existing Giantess in Canada), we first featured this band back in December. The wonderful Tuff N Stuff forms one half of a double A-side 7" release on Neon Gold, backed by You Were Young. Both offer a more synthed-out electro sound than their friends Passion Pit (one of whom produced this), and happily both possess indelible hooks and great pop choruses. A string of UK dates follows the release, kicking off with two shows at The Great Escape. Check out new track Demons on their MySpace too. JF London gigs: May 20 Hoxton Bar & Kitchen N1 (w/ Erik Hassel) / May 21 YOYO @ Notting Hill Arts Club W11. Pure Groove.
