La La I Want You
Winding/Blachman
WE SAY
Signed to Copenhagen Records (home to Alphabeat) in their native Denmark, duo Winding and Blachman have come up with a cracking pop formula which fuses electronic and melodic pop. La La I Want You is as simple and infectious a track we've heard this year. Their first single recently released in Denmark, That's No Shame (available to listen to on their MySpace) is, like the other tracks we've heard so far, very strong and radio-worthy. Both of them have impressive form on the Danish music scene, with Winding releasing UK Top 20 hit Speechless under the name of Mish Mash previously, and recently producing work for Sebastien Tellier. They are currently putting the finishing touches to an album. Winding/Blachman are available for world excluding Denmark. JF
