WE SAY
Liverpool four-piece VYNCE are about to release their debut EP and this title track shows enormous promise of exciting times ahead for the lads. Aged between 20 and 22, they’ve crafted their sound and style over the past couple of years with live support slots alongside bands including Catfish and the Bottlemen, Blossoms, Prides, JAWS and Fickle Friends. In their native north-west, they’ve had strong support to date on local BBC Introducing slots plus live sessions at BBC Radio Stoke and BBC Radio Lancashire. However, interest in their music is now starting to expand nationally after Radio X’s drivetime presenter Dan O’Connell picked up on this song and recently featured it as his Shock Of The New track. Give it a play and you’ll easily understand why. They’re on the road across the UK next month and the tour begins in London at The Garage in Islington on April 12. Lust is strong on melody, driven along by an infectious guitar hook, and proves that many young British guitar bands still have ambition, fire in their belly and sights set on global success. We're very impressed with this track.
